Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with the seller (TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG). Any differing agreements must be made in writing.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are quoted in Swiss francs and include the applicable statutory VAT.

Goods are shipped from our warehouse in Switzerland after receipt of payment via courier service, postal service, or freight carrier. Risk transfers to the customer once the goods are made available for shipment. Claims for damages due to delayed delivery are excluded.

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.

Exchanges and complaints can only be considered within 8 days of receipt of the goods. Cancellation must be made in writing or by returning the goods. A copy of the invoice must be enclosed with all returns. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging.

Errors, price changes, and minor product modifications are reserved.

TFS TUNED FOR SPORTS AG is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct. Any liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Advance payment: If payment is not received within 8 days, the order will be cancelled.

The place of jurisdiction for both contracting parties is Kirchberg SG.
