Our delivery information

All products you can order from us are delivered directly from our warehouse.

Free shipping (private customers)

For orders over CHF 200.–, we deliver your order free of charge. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of CHF 10.– per delivery will be charged. We only ship to addresses within Switzerland.

Shipping within 24 hours (under normal operating conditions)

After receipt of payment, we usually hand over the goods to the carrier within 24 hours. We work with Camion Transport, DHL, or Swiss Post. For items shipped by freight carrier, please select a possible delivery date during checkout.

Delivery is made to the property boundary only and not inside the house or garden (curbside delivery). For special requests such as upstairs or garden delivery, please contact our team by phone or email.
